The new Std UserEditMode command allows the user to choose an edit mode that will be used when an object is double-clicked in the Tree view. This is also the name of the page that documents the command in the Wiki. At the end of the tooltip the 'internal' command name is added in parentheses: (Std_WhatsThis).
